The Basrtion Prague restaurant is intended to provide the most exceptional of gastronomic experiences, to captivate you not only with its outstanding view of Prague but also with its own pleasant atmosphere. The historic bastion (a projection in a fortification) from which the restaurant is named, was built as part of the construction of the historic southern part of Prague Nove Mesto undertaken by Charles IV in 1348.
